Terms & Conditions
These terms govern access to Redtec Signal, memberships, wallet credit, signals, tools, and related services.
1. Acceptance
Creating an account, signing in, paying, or using Redtec Signal means you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. Stop using the service if you do not agree.
2. Service scope
Redtec Signal provides informational Binary Options signals, market data, performance history, articles, and risk tools. Nothing on the service is financial advice, investment management, or a guarantee of profit.
3. Accounts
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify support of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Payments and wallet credit
Membership purchases use wallet balance. Stripe top-ups create non-withdrawable wallet credit. Bank, TrueMoney, and approved SlipOk top-ups remain subject to verification. Fees charged by banks or payment providers may apply.
5. Refunds and disputes
Refunds are reviewed under applicable law and service policy. Stripe refunds or disputes reduce wallet credit and can create a negative balance. A negative balance blocks purchases and withdrawals until repaid.
6. Trading risk
Binary Options involve substantial risk and may cause total loss. Past performance, win rate, AI score, and signal history do not predict future results. You decide whether and how much to trade.
7. Prohibited use
Do not share paid access, scrape or resell signals, attack the service, evade controls, commit payment fraud, or use Redtec Signal unlawfully.
8. Availability and liability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Redtec Signal is not liable for trading losses, missed signals, network outages, third-party failures, or indirect damages.
9. Intellectual property
Branding, software, copy, signal presentation, and original content belong to Redtec Signal or its licensors. No rights are transferred except limited personal use of the service.
10. Changes and contact
Updated terms take effect when published. Contact support through channels shown on the Contact page for questions about these terms.
